Rag Revolution - Terms and Conditions for Peer-to-Peer Selling and Buying of Pre-Loved Items and Pre-Loved Stock
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the peer-to-peer sale and purchase of pre-loved fashion items ("Items") listed by individual Sellers as well as pre-loved fashion items offered by Rag Revolution ("Website," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By participating in peer-to-peer transactions on Rag Revolution, including purchasing pre-loved Items from individual Sellers and pre-loved stock from Rag Revolution, you ("Seller," "Buyer," "User," "You," "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services for peer-to-peer buying and selling.
1. Peer-to-Peer Transactions:
1.1. Contract Between Peers: Transactions between Sellers and Buyers on Rag Revolution are contracts solely between the involved parties. Rag Revolution acts as a platform facilitating these transactions and is not a party to any transaction.
1.2. Item Listings: Sellers affirm that they are the legal owners of the Items listed and have the right to sell them. Rag Revolution is not responsible for the accuracy of item listings.
2. Item Return - Peer-to-Peer Transactions:
2.1. Return Deadline: Buyers have the right to return purchased Items from individual Sellers within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
2.2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, Items must be returned in the same condition as received by the Buyer, except for normal wear and tear.
2.3. Return Process - Peer-to-Peer Transactions: Buyers must initiate the return process through Rag Revolution within the specified return period. Sellers will be notified of the return request and must confirm their acceptance.
2.4. Return Fee: A return fee of €10 will be charged to the Buyer for each returned Item from individual Sellers to cover processing and handling costs.
2.5. Notification to Rag Revolution: Sellers must email Rag Revolution at email@example.com to notify the platform about the return request initiated by the Buyer in peer-to-peer transactions.
3. Pre-Loved Stock Transactions:
3.1. Description and Condition: Rag Revolution offers pre-loved fashion Items for sale that have undergone a rigorous quality control process. Items are accurately described, and their condition is clearly specified.
3.2. Purchase Agreement: When purchasing pre-loved Items from Rag Revolution's pre-loved stock, the Buyer agrees to the described condition of the Item. Rag Revolution is not liable for dissatisfaction arising from the purchase of pre-loved Items.
4. User Responsibilities:
4.1. Item Inspection - Pre-Loved Stock Transactions: Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect pre-loved Items upon delivery and report any discrepancies to Rag Revolution.
4.2. Communication: Sellers and Buyers must communicate directly and in a professional manner to resolve any issues related to transactions.
5. Fees and Payments:
5.1. Purchase Price - Pre-Loved Stock Transactions: The purchase price for pre-loved Items from Rag Revolution's pre-loved stock is clearly stated on the platform.
5.2. Transaction Fees: Rag Revolution may charge a transaction fee for completed purchases. The transaction fee will be specified on the platform.
6. Dispute Resolution:
6.1. Communication: In case of disputes or issues related to peer-to-peer or pre-loved stock transactions, Buyers are encouraged to communicate directly with Rag Revolution to resolve the matter amicably.
6.2. Mediation: Rag Revolution may offer mediation services to assist in resolving disputes if direct communication is unsuccessful.

8.1. Changes to Terms: Rag Revolution reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of Rag Revolution's platform for peer-to-peer and pre-loved stock transactions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
By participating in peer-to-peer and pre-loved stock transactions on Rag Revolution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Rag Revolution's platform for these transactions.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store. Based in Dublin city, we offer delivery to every county in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We have a fulfillment center where dresses can be picked up and dropped off.
CAN I TRY ON A DRESS BEFORE MY EVENT?
We offer a try on service where we will send the dress to you prior to your event for you to try on. We ask you to order your product at least 2 weeks before your event. Once your order has been processed please email us your order number and a date & time frame for us to deliver the piece to firstname.lastname@example.org. To opt for the try on service you must select this at the shipping part of the check out service.
WHAT'S THE RENTAL PERIOD?
We offer a 3 day and 7 day rental option. For longer periods send us a quick email and we will try our best depending on availability to accommodate you. Emails email@example.com.
WILL I GET CHARGED LATE FEES?
Although we always aim to avoid enforcing penalties to our customers, we do have a security in place to charge €50 for each day the dress is late coming back.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Outside of Dublin it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be delivered. Upon request with additional fee's we can offer same day delivery and next day delivery in Dublin only.
DO I NEED TO DRY CLEAN BEFORE I RETURN THE ITEM?
No, you don’t need to dry clean the item before returning. We have partnered with dry cleaning experts who clean and care for our products. Under no circumstance can you attempt to wash or have our products dry cleaned, doing so can result in you being charged.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRESS DOESN'T FIT OR SUIT?
As we offer a try on service we will assume once you order you are familiar with the brands sizing. If you are not please email in advance and we can arrange for you to try on (upon request) in advance of your event.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER MY EVENT?
We will send you a prepaid return label. Return instructions will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE ITEM?
Rag Revolution is a small independent Irish owned business, we ask that you treat our products with love, care and respect. We understand that from time to time normal wear will happen. Normal wear and tear consist of small removable stains and slight tears. These will be covered by us and you will not be charged. In the event that a product is returned beyond reasonable wear and tear then will charge you for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY OR EXPRESS DELIVERY?
In the event that you urgently need one of our products we can offer next-day delivery, this is an additional fee and the price will vary depending on the delivery partner who can accommodate this.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more of the booking date. If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking date you will not receive a refund and you will receive a credit note which can be used for future Rag Revolution products & services.
CAN I BUY THE ITEM I LOVE?

For in-store pickups, orders must be placed 48 hours before the pickup date. Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email will the pickup location (Dublin city centre).
