In this section, you will find the Terms & Conditions between customers and the Rag Revolution website (theragrevolution.com) outlined are specific terms and conditions of the Rag Revolution’s service agreement with customers. These terms apply to online rentals and sales of products. By signing up and purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, and understand these Terms & Conditions.
You will receive a refund (minus €10 cancelation fee) if you cancel 14 days or more of booking date, if you cancel less than 14 days, you will receive a credit note which can be used for future Rag Revolution products & services. If you cancel less than 2 days before your booking date you will not receive a refund. There will also be an automatic cancellation fee of €10 for every order that is canceled regardless of the cancellation.
SUMMER & CHRISTMAS (HIGH SEASON)
Due to the demand of our products and our limited availability during high season, unfortunately we will not offering refunds for cancellations. We will offer a credit note at our discretion.
NO REFUNDS ON DELIVERY OR RETURNS
Once an order had been dispatched for delivery, no refunds will be given on the delivery or collection. Same applies to the delivery & returns with our try on service.
BOOKING AMENDMENT FEE
There will be a €10 charge for changing bookings.
CHANGE OF PICK UP LOCATION
Once the order has been placed your item will be dispatched and collected from the delivery address you provide. If any changes are made to either the original dispatch location or pick up location there will be a fee of €12. Unless this is stated in the notes section whilst placing your order or emailed right after your order is place.
In the unlikely circumstance of your product arriving damaged you must contact us and let us know at least 24 hours of you receiving your product.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
In the event that you're unavailable to receive your delivery/parcel your item will be sent back to our delivery partners warehouse, a second attempt to delivery will be made the day after. If this is delayed or your dress is redelivered the day after your booking date as a result of you not being available to accept the delivery, you will be charged the rental price regardless.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are scheduled and returned on time. Failure to return on time will result in late fees. The rental period of products acquired from the Rag Revolution is 3/7 days from the date of the booking plus a 1-day grace period. If the rented product is not returned within the 4-day rental period there will be a late penalty fee of fifty Euro (€50) per day that will be charged to the payment card or other payment methods provided and stored in your customer account, and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed 100% of the Retail Value plus applicable sales tax and rental fee. If you have not returned a Product within twenty (20) days after the return date for the Product, your late return will be considered a non-return, and Rag Revolution will charge your payment card the maximum late fee set (100% of the product retail value when new) less any late fees that you have already paid, plus applicable sales tax.
LATE FEES FOR RETURN OF TRY-ON ITEMS
The try-on period of products acquired from the Rag Revolution is 1 day from the date of delivery arrival. If the product is schedule to be returned within 1 day there will be a late penalty fee of fifty Euro (€50) per day that will be charged to the payment card or other payment methods provided and stored in your customer account, and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed 100% of the Retail Value plus applicable sales tax and rental fee. If you have not returned a Product within twenty (20) days after the return date for the Product, your late return will be considered a non-return and Rag Revolution will charge your payment card the maximum late fee set (100% of the product retail value when new) less any late fees that you have already paid, plus applicable sales tax.
In the instance of the item being lost, stolen or not returned to Rag Revolution we reserve the right to incur charges as specified in the late fees section. In certain circumstances, we will be pursuing legal action in relation to items that are not returned. You are responsible to return the item in the reusable package that it arrives in. Once you return the item you will be provided with a reference number, please ensure you keep this in the unlikely event of the item being lost during the return.
USE OF THE PRODUCTS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Rag Revolution is a small Irish business, we ask that you treat our products with love, care and respect. Third party leasing or selling is against our Terms & Conditions. We understand that from time to time normal wear will happen. Normal wear and tear consist of small removable stains and slight tears. These will be covered by us and you will not be charged. In the event that a product is returned beyond reasonable wear and tear then you agree that we can charge you for the cost of repairing or replacing the item. We have a dedicated expert wet cleaning partner, who is extremely skilled in taking care of our products. We kindly ask customers not to attempt to clean or dry clean any products themselves. Failure to comply with this will result in Rag Revolution charging the customer. Under no circumstance can you attempt to wash or have our products dry cleaned, doing so can result in you being charged.
Purchasing of services and products from Rag Revolution is based on our discretion. We reserve the right to place limits on rentals and the number of products purchased by one person.
When borrowing an item you will be required to provide a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. Signing up to use Rag Revolution service, you authorize Rag Revolution to charge your card accordingly. These fees may include late fees, excessive damage fees and any other fees that may arise from the service. In the event of fees not being paid Rag Revolution reserve the right to take the necessary steps to recover this cost. This can include collection agencies and in some circumstances legal action.
Rag Revolution works with third party delivery partners and will not be held responsible for delayed or late deliveries.
Children under 18 years of age but at least 13 years of age may use the Site and App under the supervision of legal guardian or parent who can agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf, but such children may not rent or purchase any products via the Services. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms for the benefit of a child between the ages of 13 and 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services and the rental or purchase of any Products, including all legal liability he or she may incur.
You agree to receive promotional messages from Rag Revolution regarding product launches and various marketing campaigns. If you would no longer like to receive such communication you can unsubscribe. We will never disclose any personal information about our customers to third parties.
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- The prizes are not transferable.
- Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the competition announcement.
- Try on service & delivery not included.
- You must provide valid credit card details to redeem.
- Voucher subject to availability to products and sizes, can only be used with products available on the site at the time of use.
CHRISTMAS GIFT VOUCHER/ VOUCHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The gift card is as stated (amount paid) and no cash or other alternatives will be offered or redeemed.
- Gift cards are not transferable.
- Can not be used in conjunction with other site promotions.
- The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Try on service & delivery not included.
- You must provide valid credit card details when purchasing gift cards.
- Gift card subject to availability to products and sizes, can only be used with products available on the site at the time of use.
- Can't be used against the limited edition top collection for sale.
- Promotional vouchers/gift-cards can not be used against re-sale collection.
PRIVATE PRE-ORDER T&C's
Rag Revolution will be working/stocking based on demand. If the demand isn't there for certain pieces/sizes we, unfortunately, may not be able to stock those items. In the event that you book an item and Rag Revolution can't stock that style/size, Rag Revolution will let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full. If a customer changes their mind or cancels their pre-order booking they will only be entitled to a gift voucher that can be used on Rag Revolutions website. Bookings are also subject to Rag Revolution's extended T&C's stated above.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store. Based in Dublin city, we offer delivery to every county in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We have a fulfillment center where dresses can be picked up and dropped off.
CAN I TRY ON A DRESS BEFORE MY EVENT?
We offer a try on service where we will send the dress to you prior to your event for you to try on. We ask you to order your product at least 2 weeks before your event. Once your order has been processed please email us your order number and a date & time frame for us to deliver the piece to email@example.com. To opt for the try on service you must select this at the shipping part of the check out service.
WHAT'S THE RENTAL PERIOD?
We offer a 3 day and 7 day rental option. For longer periods send us a quick email and we will try our best depending on availability to accommodate you. Emails firstname.lastname@example.org.
WILL I GET CHARGED LATE FEES?
Although we always aim to avoid enforcing penalties to our customers, we do have a security in place to charge €50 for each day the dress is late coming back.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Outside of Dublin it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be delivered. Upon request with additional fee's we can offer same day delivery and next day delivery in Dublin only.
DO I NEED TO DRY CLEAN BEFORE I RETURN THE ITEM?
No, you don’t need to dry clean the item before returning. We have partnered with dry cleaning experts who clean and care for our products. Under no circumstance can you attempt to wash or have our products dry cleaned, doing so can result in you being charged.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRESS DOESN'T FIT OR SUIT?
As we offer a try on service we will assume once you order you are familiar with the brands sizing. If you are not please email in advance and we can arrange for you to try on (upon request) in advance of your event.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER MY EVENT?
We will send you a prepaid return label. Return instructions will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY OR EXPRESS DELIVERY?
In the event that you urgently need one of our products we can offer next-day delivery, this is an additional fee and the price will vary depending on the delivery partner who can accommodate this.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more of the booking date. If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking date you will not receive a refund and you will receive a credit note which can be used for future Rag Revolution products & services.
CAN I BUY THE ITEM I LOVE?
