Is There Somewhere I can go to Try On Before I Rent?
Yes, we have a Try on Service based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare where you can make an appointment to try on a style. This is ā¬15 & redeemable against your booking if placed that day.
If you have a particular item in mind that you want to try on, please let us know when booking your appointment so we can do our best to ensure it is available.
I Do Not Live Near Maynooth, How Can I Try On?
Our AT HOME Try On would suit you perfectly.
Please contact us to ensure the item is available; once we confirm this with you we will ask you to proceed with booking via the website, so we can gather your address etc. The ā¬20 fee is redeemable if booked that day. Please ensure to add shipping so we can post.

How Long Can I Rent an Item for?
We have a rental period of 3 / 7 / 14 days.
However, if you require a different rental period, please reach out and we can see what we can do.
Do I Need to Clean The Style(s) Before Returning?
No, please don't.
Regardless of the stain, we ask that you return to us without attempting any cleaning.
Anything you do, even if in good faith, may impact the professional cleaning of the item, & may result in damage / loss charges to you as a result.
What Happens if I am Late Returning my Rental?
If the rented product is not returned within the rental period there will be a late penalty fee of ā¬50 per day. We reserve the right to charge this to the payment card or other payment methods provided and stored in your customer account or at the time of checkout.Ā
Can I Cancel My Booking?
We ask that you cancel your order a minimum of 10 days prior to your rental start date to avail of your full refund. Anything cancelled up to 5 days, can be offered a credit note.Ā
Orders cancelled later than 5 days before your rental start date will be charged in full; without refund or credit notes.

What happens if my Rental gets Damaged or Lost?
In the rare occasion that damage occurs, we reserve the right to pass on the repair charges to the customer. We recommend you add damage cover to insure up to ā¬150 of damages; anything in excess is charged at the discretion of Rag Revolution.
Rag Revolution reserve the right to charge up to the full RRP of the item if damage done is irreversible/ no longer rentable, or in the event of the rental not being returned.
What is Damage Cover and why should I add it?
Are you excited to rent but nervous of damaging your piece?Ā This damage cover is designed with you in mind.
How it works:
When booking your rental, select the option to add the ā¬15 damage cover fee.
This will add an extra ā¬15 to your order, but could save you up to ā¬150 if your dress is returned damaged.
By adding this damage cover to your order, we guarantee you won't be charged for any damages up to ā¬150. This typically covers your main wear and tear; rental is returned with broken zip, marked, ripped, etc.
This means that unless you damage the dress in excess of ā¬150, there will be no additional fees charged to you, the renter.
As always, we ask that you respect our dresses as if they were your own.

The ā¬15 damage cover is non-refundable under any circumstance.Ā
This fee is ONLY covering you on the off chance you damage the dress up to ā¬150. For damage exceeding that, you will be liable for anything up to the full retail value of the item; this includes if the garment is lost or not returned.
