Try Before You Rent — Home Try On Service

Can't make it to us in person? No problem. We'll bring the dress to you. Book a Home Try On and get your chosen dress delivered straight to your door — making our rental service truly available nationwide, no matter where you are in Ireland.

Please note: This service is available for one item at a time, on a first come, first served basis. Rental booking are prioritised.  

How It Works

Step 1 — Get in Touch Contact us via email or social media DM's to discuss your dress choice and arrange a suitable send-out date. 

Step 2 — Confirm & Purchase Once we confirm the dress is available, we'll ask you to purchase the Try On so we can arrange delivery. You'll receive tracking details so you know exactly when to expect it.

Step 3 — Try On & Return You'll have less than 24 hours with the dress. It must be returned to your local An Post office by 10am the following day. Please retain a copy of your Post Office receipt showing the tracking number as proof of postage if needed. 

Pricing

• €20 Try On fee — non-redeemable fee to cover the cost of any Dry-Cleaning or Damages that may occur when trying on the item. 
• €15 shipping fee — covers your postage, please ensure to choose 'Ship' rather than 'Pick up in Store' at checkout.

There is no refund on Try-Ons once the item has been processes for Postage (usually within 24hrs).

Important — Please Read Before Booking

• Do not remove the security label. If it is removed, you will be charged the full 3-day rental price.
• Do not try on with fake tan or makeup. 
• All dresses are Dry Cleaned and ready to wear upon arrival. Turn around with Try On's and Rentals can be tight, so please be mindful of other customers when you are Trying On.
• Rental bookings take priority over Try Ons. If your chosen dress becomes booked, you will be refunded promptly. We recommend contacting us to confirm availability before purchasing a Try On to avoid disappointment.
