Refund policy

Plans change, and life happens; so what then?

We ask that you cancel your order a minimum of 10 days prior to your rental start date to avail of your full refund. Anything cancelled up to 5 days, can be offered a credit note. 

Orders cancelled later than 5 days before your rental start date will be charged in full; without refund or credit notes.

For an item bought through our Resale; we do not offer a refund. A credit note will be offered within 5 working days of your purchase, and will be valid for 6 months to use on a Rental Option only, not for another resale item.
